Job description:  The Role(s):

Our Client distributes and markets a wide range of high quality capital equipment products from some of the world's leading healthcare manufacturers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. As a result of a recent vacancy and to maintain current growth and service customer demand, they are immediately seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the support of a wide range of sales and marketing functions, reporting directly into the divisional Sales Manager. The area covers Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Laois, Cork and Kerry.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve aggressive sales targets across the full portfolio.
• Maintain existing business & grow the business through existing and new business.
• Negotiate package deals and general pricing within hospitals and HSE areas.
• Conduct research for tender submissions and maximise business from contracts.
• Monitor customer service standards in line with company expectations.
• Develop and implement pricing strategy.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports against set targets to the Sales Manager.
• Work entails daily interfacing with a variety of medical personnel and supplies officers in hospitals to promote our range of products.
• Foster excellent relations with all customers and present a professional image of the clients Healthcare.

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years relevant hospital based experience essential.
• Previous hospital medical sales experience highly desirable.
• Previous background relating to CSSD facilities and Infusion care essential.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the territory desirable.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Practical working IT skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
