My client in Limerick require a Flash developer to join their team. As part of the multimedia team, the successful candidate will be responsible for development of advanced flash-based applications using ActionScript 2/3 and other web technologies including JavaScript, Ajax and HTML. The position is ideal for a candidate interested in using Flash for development of large scale, highly interactive Web applications applying the best agile software practices.
The successful candidate should possess some of the following technical skills;
- ActionScript 2 with object-oriented programming (must-have)
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XHTML
- Flex, database experience, server-side programming, Java
- Knowledge of SCORM 1.2/1.3 would be beneficial
- User interface design experience

- Good analysis and problem solving skills
- Adaptable, fast learner, independent, and a good team player
- Experience working in a multi-functional team including Java developer, testers, and business analysts
