We are currently hiring a large number of French technical support specialists for one of our world renowned companies based in Cork. They have recently introduced a number of new client services onto the European market and with it, have a number of technical client queries. We are accepting applications from experienced candidates or applicants with a strong technical knowledge who wish to be part of a new, emerging technical support team in Cork 
 
Successful candidates will be trained in troubleshooting methods for each of the products and will be required to answer customer queries both over the phone or via email to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities

·         Providing prompt and efficient service to Clients and Vendors;

·         Demonstrating effective, clear and polite written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to effectively deal with sensitive issues; maintaining a positive demeanor in all situations;

·         Demonstrating excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

·         Contributes to a positive team environment;

·         Proactively aids teammates with difficult contacts if needed

·         Liaise with Customer Service, Investigation and Payments teams, Business Teams, and other departments as required.

Experience and Skills

·         Fluent French and English is required

·         Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.

·         Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.

·         Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application.

·         Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is essential.

·         Familiarity with Customer Service tool set is advantageous, and the desire to expand skills into new areas required.

·         Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.

·         Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for response time and phone calls in the face of variable workflow.

·         Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude

·         Fluent English and French are mandatory…
