Fashion Manager - Limerick / Clare - €25k to €28k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fashion Manager to join an expanding Irish fashion retailer in their flagship store in the Limerick and Clare area.
Our client is an established Irish brand with numerous stores throughout Ireland. They are well known for offering excellence in Customer Service and high quality in their range of clothing, accessories and gifts.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a Deputy / Assistant Manager background in a high street fashion retail company.
Candidates MUST have experience in the following:
- Managing store teams in excess of 15 people
- Managing large store turnover in excess of €2 million
- Working to and reaching set targets
- At least 3 years management experience in fashion management
- Motivating and Managing staff
- Training new staff members
- Making strong commercial decisions
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- To assist the Store Manager in the smooth and efficient running of store operations
- To maintain the highest possible standard of customer service
- To motivate, train, encourage and manage all staff members
- To ensure that sales are maximised and costs are kept within budgets
- To be commercially aware of competition in the market place at all times
