Job description: My client a Multinational software company are looking to recruit Account Managers for there Belgian team. The ideal candidates will be fluent in Flemish/Dutch & French and have sales experience, preferably in IT. Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 OTE 50,000
Location: Dublin 3


Duties:

• New Account development - identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements.
• Working with and developing relationships to drive revenue and maximise customer service.
• Lead generation through Product and Country Specific Marketing campaigns.
• Working as part of an Internal Sales team each salesperson will be allocated to work with a sales territory and be responsible for all orders below a specified value, typically up to $80k per individual deal in that territory.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Server and Development tool product set.
• Work with field sales force and resellers to plan and implement direct sales campaigns.
• Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager.
• Existing Account Management working with some of the largest and most technologically advanced companies in the world

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Flemish / Dutch and French is essential.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years' sales experience, preferably in an IT environment.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
