Are you a Java Developer with 5+years experience and looking to secure a new contract within the financial services industry?
Working with a small team of Java Developers you will be the lead Developer responsible for a project developing a financial planning application. Your advanced Java experience will be crucial as you spend 80% of your time developing the application and the other 20% of your time mentoring and coaching the other team members.
Technical skills / Experience required include:
5+ Yrs solid Java Development
Struts
Hibernate
An understanding of the Spring framework
Ideally some knowledge of Agile or lightweight development experience
Some examples of where you have mentored and coached junior staff
Non technical skills required include:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self sufficient, highly motivated, resourceful individual
Be a problem owner and solver with a logical approach to solving issues
