Job description:

7 month contract with company based in Ballymount, part time hours - 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase invoices and post all invoices to system.
• Passing invoices for payment.
• Reconciliation of invoices to creditor's statement.
• Closure of purchase ledger at month end.
• Monthly creditors cheque / BACs payment run.
• Process daily bank transactions e.g. Direct Debits, Standing Orders.
• Liaising with suppliers & auditors at year end.
• Filing of intrastat & VIES returns.
• Filing of P30 returns on-line.
• General admin duties.
