Job description:

At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst-Product team based in Co Waterford.

Main Accountabilities
Performs a liaison role between specified user areas to assist in the identification of process improvements, system design, testing and implementation of large and/or complex technical projects and new product implementation, often requiring coordination of multiple functional areas. Identifies, evaluates, and implements operational changes to improve information and processing systems. Reviews and provides recommendations on major projects and system enhancements to the decision-makers. Analyzes and defines user requirements and translate them into system requirements to ensure understanding of the request by all project members. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness when identifying and defining requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Two to Four years of progressive experience as a Business
Analyst,(experience in the Insurance or Financial services Industry would be an advantage.  Knowledge of Analysis Methods and Proceedures.  Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written  Good organizational, interpersonal and project planning skills   Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures
