Job description: BANKING LAWYERS

Calling all Banking Lawyers…our clients one of Ireland's Leading Legal Firms are looking for Lawyers at assistant / associate levels to work in their busy and expanding Banking Department.

Areas of work include :

Acquisition finance (including some securitisation)
Structured finance
Syndicated lending
Telecoms financing
Aviation finance
Property finance
Project finance and PFI
Secured bonds

Background & Experience:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of ideally two years post qualification experience
Previous experience in a corporate environment particularly in a mid-large firm
Previous experience in private practice is required
Computer literate
