German Business Analyst with testing

Company: Our client is a major Financial Company conglomerate with operations across the globe. They have grown their business to over $ 25bn and close to 35000 staff on 5 continents. They have recently centralized their European Finance, HR and IT operations in a Shared Service Centre in Dublin and are now hiring German Business Analyst managers to run and execute their European Finance Programmes.

Role: New positions exist for experienced Finance professionals to join their in-house team of finance Professionals that is responsible for managing their shared service projects across Europe. You could be responsible for managing and implement projects liaising with different Business Units and IT Departments enhancing business productivity.

This is a project based role that will involve you working simultaneously with IT, CS and Operation Centre, participating in project to gain and deliver excellence.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent German and English. In addition you will need a degree in finance or a finance qualification plus experience of working in a shared service centre or project environment. You should have detailed experience in Automated Testing (Test Director, Winrunner, etc.), Experienced in Business Process Mapping and Project Management, Procedure Writing and excellent organizational skills.
