The Role

• Providing customer support for Dutch and English speaking customers
• You will be targeted on meeting customer support targets in your region
• Forecasting sales results
• Liaising with the Regional Sales Reps and passing any leads to this team to follow
• Accurate Order Management for the account, liaising closely with Order Management Department, Finance and Global offices

The Person

• The successful candidate requires at least 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch and/or Flemish language skills
• Proven ability to work to targets and build rapport
• Driven, Resilient, Determined, Optimistic, Positive and Confident
• Strong MS word and Excel skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in the IT industry is welcome but not a requirement
