Financial Analyst

The Role:

- As a member of a team, perform the following key tasks:

-Prepare the financing component of invitations to tender for infrastructure projects;

-Review all clauses in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and contract documents to ensure they comply with the financial requirements of the project;

-Review financial statements of Bidders for financial robustness;

-Prepare financial models which provide whole life costing of infrastructure projects (Public Sector Benchmark);

-Review financial models as submitted by Bidders

- Undertake such other duties as may be directed by Senior Analyst, Head of Operations or Chief Executive.

- Develop and maintain good working relationships with public authorities and the PPP Units in the Department of Finance and other Government Departments.


Qualifications:

· A professional qualification in accountancy, banking or finance

· Some experience in project finance or related work

· A track record of achievement in their career to date with a bank or large professional services organisation

· The ability to work a part of a team and also to work closely with Government Departments and public bodies

· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
