Job description:  

Several Quantity Surveyor Positions 5- 10,000 USD per month +Generous Package

These positions with one of the most successful PQS Firms in the world needs to be filled asap for a start ideally immediately or within 1 month. The firm have several very high profile commercial developments on going and commencing

The most urgent role is a lead position on a project which is about to break ground advising their Client and leading the team, In addition they have up to 20 roles also in Saudi on a separate multibillion USD project. These roles will range from intermediate to Senior and Lead Positions as both QSS and Contract Administrator'sand candidates will require from 5 to 20+ years experience dependent upon the level they are suited to and seeking.

The first project is a new multi story Financial HQ development with those thereafter being major multi billion commercial and residential developments.

Requirements for the role

1. Minimum of 5-10 years Industry experience preferably in a consultancy/PQS role and at a intermediate to senior level for a substantial part of that time
2. Experience working in the middle east is a preference rather than an essential requirement(we will consider and have recently hired those without such experience)
3. Experience in the comprehensive use of the Fidic form of contract
4. Dealing effectively and professionally with clients
5. Leading large complex construction management team
6. Bringing in mixed use development projects of a high value.
7. Ideally the candidate will be chartered although strongly experienced degree qualified candidates should apply and have a background with a major PQS and/or General building contractor.

8.Preparation of various cost estimates at the various stages of the project.

9.Advising Client on contractual terms for contracts to be concluded with Consultants and /or consultants.

10.Reviewing payment applications for the various consultants and contractors.

11.Advising client on procurements methods and strategy.

The successfully candidate will be joining the leading Project Management/PQS consultancy not only in the region but globally in a lead position on their prestige developments and will be suitably rewarded.

Some condition of the contract

1. Preferably on single status
2. One year contract period with extended periods to be mutually agreed.
3. The salary package is negotiable but should include western styleand standard fully furnished apartments,transport,medical and accident insurance, flights=2-4,
