General Manager required for a unique hospitality venue based in Dublin - Salary €100K
Ideal Candidate will have 10+ years experience as a General Manager in 5* City Centre property, preferably a Prestigious Venue or Private Members Club or Major Hotel.
Extensive experience dealing with VIPs and Celebrities would be paramount for this role.
This role will report to the board of directors of the venue. Monthly reporting to the board will be a key element of this role. Previous experience working at this level would be a distinct advantage.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience implementing cost saving strategies in the F&B industry as well as a strong approach in developing sales and marketing strategies for niche corporate markets.
A Flexible approach to work is essential for this role. This is not a 9 to 5 position and requires the highest level of commitment from the successful candidate.
