Job description:  

Customer Account Manager €30K

My client, a leading healthcare company based in Co. Meath has a vacancy for a Customer Account Manager responsible for the co-ordination and management of day to day customer service activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of all customer service activities related to your assigned section including administration, orders, quotes, deliveries & customer complaints.
• Monitor and prepare monthly reports on sales, budgets & projections.
• Understand all contracts related to your business unit.
• Provide training as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects & duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in customer interaction role.
• Third level qualification.
• Additional language would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Analytical, computer, communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

The Ideal Candidate will be a highly motivated self starter with a flexible approach, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You will also possess a high degree of financial understanding and business acumen.
