Job description: At Richmond Recruitment our client wants to recruit a Payroll Specialist.Position Responsibilities;-Provide management reporting of payroll related transactions, such as vacation, stock, headcount reports.-Work with finance to prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.-Liaison with payroll system vendor suppliers to co-ordinate upgrades to payroll system as is required.-Responsible for clear and concise analytical review write-ups.-Keeping up to date with the most recent payroll related legislation.Qualifications Required.-Three years previous experience of payroll processing within a multinational, shared services setting an advantage.-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships.-Associates degree in Accounting, or equivalent required.-Must have excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook, with Oracle an advantage.-Excellent analytical skills, including account reconciliation and problem solving ability-Ability to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis, independently orwith minimal supervisionPlease contact Karen for a confidential discussion or email cv to corkjobs@richmond.ie
