Compilance Audit Manager
Position Description: • Management of the audit schedule.• Conduct audits of the quality system to internal procedures and external regulations and standards. • Plans and organizes non-routine tasks. • Initiates or maintains work schedule. • Establishes priorities of work assignments. • Establishes and cultivates an extensive network of support to facilitate completion of assignments. • Participates in the development of less experienced staff by setting an example providing guidance and offering counsel. • Lead and or participate in projects as the compliance representative. • May provide work direction and guidance to exempt/ or skilled non-exempt levels of employees; may be asked to evaluate performance of and assist in career development planning for subordinates Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 6+ plus years of related work experience with a strong understanding of the specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advance degree preferred. Solid understanding and application of business concepts, procedures and practices. Understanding of quality system requirements and systems. Understanding of the concept of regulated environment.
