Retail Business Manager, Fashion - Donegal - Excellent salary and generous bonus
In partnership with our client, an award winning Department Store in the heart of Donegal, we are currently seeking an experienced Retail Business Manager to run an entire Fashion floor.
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Retail Manager looking to further their career in an extremely fast paced customer service focused one stop Department Store.
The Role:
As Business Manager, the sucessful candidate will be responsible for the running of a large Fashion Department withing this award winning Department Store. This particular Department is responsible for a large 30% of the Store's turnover.
We looking for someone who has:
- At least 4 years previous Retail Store Management experience, ideally in a fast paced Fashion environment
- A focus on providing excellent customer service
- The experience of working to multi million euro turn overs
- A passion for motivating and inspiring staff
- The ability to work and remain calm under pressure
- A genuine love for fashion!
- A proven success in working to and achieving set sales targets and KPI's
- Experience in high volume stock turnover
- A fun, energetic and enthusiastic attitude and personality
- The ability to stay abreast of current fashion trends
- Excellent leadership qualities
With a multi-million annual turnover, our Client have a phenomenal reputation for service which is known throughout Ireland, so the successful candidate will have strong management experience within a similar high turnover fashion retail store, coupled with a proven track record of driving sales through excellent service & creative visual presentation in this type of environment.
The role is to assume total department accountability for sales & profitability so the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational skills, have the ability to lead and motivate a sales team of up to 40. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone already highly experienced in the fashion industry looking to take the next step in their career.
