In partnership with its client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Education Resource Manager with experience in the promotion of science and engineering to schools for a contract role in Dublin.
Job Description:
The role of the Education Resource Manager is to develop, lead and oversee the delivery of a set of agreed initiatives using the existing bodies communication networks according to the requirements of the targeted area with teachers as the key target audience.
The successful applicant will manage their own project budget over a two year period.
They will deliver a series of communications awareness and teacher training initiatives for both the primary and secondary school cycles.
Suitable candidates for the Education Resource Manager will have:
A M.Sc. or equivalent in Science or related. Preferably Physics or Maths.
A minimum of five years proven experience in managing end to end developmpent and implementation of education awareness programmes, particularly science education at primary and/or secondary level.
Experience of establishing excellent working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Excellent project management experience.
Ability to understand and work with all levels of media in promoting and delivering science-related activities.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
