Job description:

Our client, a global company, is currently looking to recruit an Investigator Contracts Manager. This can be based in any Eu location.

Role Responsibility
Working within a highly qualified team you will coordinate and manage the Investigator Contracts Execution activities of individual studies and staff that ensures timelines and quality targets and metrics are met.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement appropriate strategies to facilitate the efficient and effective delivery of completed Investigator Contracts and cost effective processes while conducting quality reviews and monitoring quality metrics
  
• Represent the company internally and externally, negotiate with clients and sites and manage start up activities in accordance with the contract.
  
• Maintain interface with user groups to facilitate compliance and improvement focused operations and systems
  
• Effectively manage staff, providing regular performance reviews, setting clear objectives and identify and implement training needs
   
  Experience and Qualification
  
• With a background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline, you will have the appropriate investigator contracts knowledge and experience to undertake this role within an EU setting.  In addition, you will also require:
  
• The ability to develop methods, techniques and evaluation criteria in a regulated environment along with a good understanding of project management processes
  
• Thorough knowledge of ICH, ISO, GCP and other relevant regulations for the conduct of clinical trials
  
• Fluent written and spoken English with additional language skills being desirable but not essential
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal enabling you to deal with queries in a timely manner
  
• Strong people management, highly developed problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  
• Must be available to travel, international and domestic at least 35% fly and drive and should possess a valid driving licence.
