In partnership with its client, Cpl NI Ltd, is currently seeking a Technical Client Services Manager for a new permanent job based in Dundalk. Cpl NI are currently the only agency in Northern Ireland working exclusively with this company.

The company are currently keen to attract a customer focused individual to join the team as an Technical Client Services Manager.
Job Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company as a Technical Client Services Manager (internally known as Test Development Operations Manager). You will be responsible for building, strengthening and maintaining strong relationships by helping them to strategically develop their adoption of our test development solutions. You will be required to develop relationships, provide knowledge transfer, support client projects and provide consultancy for further project recommendations. You will have a broad understanding of technology and associated IT platforms, ideally they will be Xml, csv files, web services, SOAP protocol, html, ftp and have a level of statistical knowledge.
Responsibilities
The Technical Client Services Manager will report to the Vice President:
Duties may include:
• Manage revenue and costs associated with assigned clients
• Manage an extensive pipeline by monitoring workloads and working with Senior Managers to assign and manage appropriate personnel
• Coordinate, prioritise and complete project activities within contractual timelines
• Ensure the quality of every work product produced in accordance with company and industry standards
• Contribute to proposal writing for new business
• Manage and train staff who conduct job analyses, standard setting, item development, item review and other client-facing meetings
• Fill in for staff on any activity when schedules require additional resource
• Understand and communicate test development and psychometric findings and recommendations to a variety of internal and external audiences
• Become proficient on internal, proprietary programs
• Provide alternative and flexible solutions to internal and external issues that impact project schedules and budgets
Required Education & Experience:
• A Master's Degree in Educational Measurement, Educational Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills with prior project management a plus.
• Experience in leading teams of professionals.
• Must have demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Proficiency with standard statistical and psychometric concepts
• Some travel required.
