Job description:
My client a major Irish Semi State company with over 3000 employees currently requires a Process and Information Manager. You will report into the Head of Retail and Commercial Finance. You will be tasked with modernising the business process and structures within retail.
This is a high level business role with strong systems and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of the retail process and system model to be deployed over the next 6 to 10 years.Manage the tender and selection of both EPOS and back end Retail systems in compliance with business requirements and overall Retail and IT Strategy.Achievement of ISO27000 and PCI Accreditation for Retail and Commercial Systems. Maintenance of a positive internal and external audit position for Retail systems and processes.Implement continuous improvement initiatives. Review and improve process controls and reporting.
Skills required:
Significant exposure to retail and commercial systems and underlying best practice processes.Previous experience of management of critical business projects to demanding schedules.Strong team building, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.Lean and Six Sigma abilities are desirable.
