Job description:

Our client a leading telecommunications retailer are looking for an experienced retail manager to run one of their flagship outlets.

The Role:

Ensuring that store meets projected sales and contribution targets
Ensure merchandising is up to standard
To manage all products stocked within the shop in accordance with best practice and ensure colleague flexibility throughout the shop is maintained.
To ensure excellence in customer service at all times
To ensure staff are well trained and up to date with in coming products

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within retail management. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer service. The ability to train, develop and motivate colleagues is also an important requirement for the job. Previous management experience within retail environment is required.
