In conjunction with my client, a leading financial services institution, I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller in Dublin City Centre.
The role is initially a 4-6 month contract, with a view to permanency and the salary on offer is €75,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
Financial Controller Contract D2 up to 80k
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, role will involve responsibility for day to day running all of the finance and accounting function. This will include preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the company.
There are significant compliance, regulatory and legislative aspects to the role and the role-holder must be capable of dealing competently and professionally with all stakeholders, particularly the Board, the Regulator and external Auditors. There is also a strong element of Compliance to the role.
This contract is initially 6 months.
The Candidate
Candidates should be first rate qualified accountants with a minimum of five years post qualification experience gained within a financial services company.
