Job description: At Richmond Recruitment we are currently recruiting an Anti-Virus Engineer.

Job Description:
Handling escalations from customers.
Notifying Technical Support Group about relevant.
anti-threats concerns.
Running knowledge sharing activities.
Improving EMEA Regional TrendLabs internal processes.
Supporting EMEA Technical Account Managers (TAMs) as needed
Addressing press inquiries as appropriate.
Keeping him(her)self updated within anti-threats field
Developing him(her)self.
Testing technologies at beta phase.

Requirements:
Should have at least 2 years experience in customer-service.
Experienced in Network security, Web technologies.
Familiar with code analysis, or anti-malware area
Promotion Criteria: (to be achieved to be considered for
promotion to next level in job family)
Key anti-threats press speaker within EMEA
Successful in delivering knowledge sharing activities not
only to tech audience but also to decision makers.
