Company: Our client is the worlds leading Technology companies with over 10,000 staff and customers in 100+countries. They are growing their technical support operation based in Germany and are interested in hiring additional Germans IT 2 Level support candidates.
Role: As a member of their European IT Support team you will support German IT customers on their products and technologies. You will be part of their global support Team supporting clients across EMEA and providing overflow for 3rd line support. This is a detailed IT support role within a major International company that will allow you to troubleshoot on a range of technologies.
Skills: Ideal candidates will possess a third level qualification in technical or IT related subject, 3-5 years Technical Support experience, Microsoft, Unix/Linux, Novell, TCP/IP, SNMP and good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Please note that a strong UNIX, Microsoft experience is mandatory.
