Cpl in partnership with its client, a globally renowned insurance company urgently requires a Team Lead with a proven ability to lead a team in a production support environment.
Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of IT application support to meet SLAs through managing a team of internal and off shore vendor resources.
You will ensure cost effective and efficient business as usual is provided to the regions.
Deliver quality deployments and releases on time to cost.
Manage internal and off shore resources to ensure issues are resolved to agreed SLAs.
Strong people management skills. Mentor on shore and off shore resources.
Skills required:
At least three years coordination and team lead experience within a production support environment.
Experience of vendor management in an off shore capacity.
Proven people management skills.
Excellent business skills with the ability to analyse, evaluate and problem solve.
Strong technical skills in Java and SQL.
Knowledge of workflow tools preferable.
Excellent client facing abilities.
A proven commitment to client service principles is required.
