The Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a new store in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will add to their extensive skin care or beauty sales experience and looking to move into a management role.
Key Attributes:
· A minimum of 2 years Management in Skin Care or makeup experience with relevant qualifications
· Must have “stand alone store” experience, managing a team of 6-12 staff
· A passion for the beauty / skin care industry
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proven sales skills - KPI's, Targets
· A desire to grow and develop in a challenging and rewarding environment
· A passion for coaching, driving and developing others
· A 'whatever it takes' attitude
· Planning and organising events, monthly and yearly business plans
