Visual Merchandiser- Dublin - Excellent Salary DOE
My client, a well known high street fashion store, are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Dublin.
The Client:
This well known high street fashion chain wants a Visual Merchandiser to reflect the store themselves. They are at the forefront of fashion and have created many trends similar to cat walk fashion. They operate numerous stores worldwide, stocking the latest trends including ladies, menswear, childrens-wear, fashion and accessories. They are now looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join and drive their successful store in Dublin.
Ideally you will come from an instore VM based role. You will have built up strong visual skills in a high street fashion environment, with a strong emphasis on working in large space stores.
Responsibilities will include:
- To increase sales across the brand through creative merchandising
- In-store Visual Merchandising and window displays
- Ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level
- Training of sales staff on new products and visual displays
- Supporting the Store and Floor Managers
- Providing a high level of customer service
The ideal candidate:
Must come from a fashion background with at least 3 years Visual Merchandising experience with a high street retailer. Must also have the ability to motivate a large store team, focus on sales targets and promote brand awareness.
You will need:
- A good understanding of space management within a large space floor / store
- A creative mind
- Drive, energy and persistence
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- The ability to prioritise
- Strong commercial awareness
