Job description: Our client is a leading technology multinational. Due to considerable growth an exciting opportunity for an Operational Excellence Program Manager has become available.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for the development and deployment of the Operational Excellence programme within the Client's facility in Cork, primarily focused on the deployment of Lean Six Sigma.
• The OE Program Manager would also contribute to the broader corporate LSS program deployment and operational excellence community.
• Chairperson of the Operational Excellence Committee
• Lead high-impact projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Provide mentoring support.
• Represent OE team on global initiatives
• Develop & deliver targeted training in Lean Six Sigma
• Promotion of the LSS program

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to influence at all levels of organisation
• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodology, including value stream mapping
• Top class presentation skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Project management skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
