Job description: Our Client, a international information technology services company who are focused on business technology and helping clients create firms of the future, are at present looking for Danish Technical Support Representative for their base in Cork.

The purpose of the role is to provide resolution to Helpdesk service requests within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

The role shall involve:

• Interacting with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problems solving abilities.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
• Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client help desk.

The Successful applicants will:

· Fluent Danish

· Have Customer Service experience

· Have PC Skills
