ASSISTANT MANAGERS - NATIONWIDE
Assistant Managers must have the ability to be Store Managers in the future. Involvement in all aspects of retail management and day-to-day store operations is central to this role.
The Assistant Manager works along-side the Store Manager ensuring that all key performance indicators are met. The key competencies required include ambition, strong organisational skills, and people focus.
The successful candidates will have 2 to 4 years experience of retail management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation are key competencies for this role.
Salary on offer is €30,000 - €35,000
