Job description:  

Kitchen Manager:

€25,000 - €35,000

•  This is Fantastic management opportunity in a fun and high energy restaurant.
• Ideal role for a back of house supervisor/manager looking to develop their career in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities;

• Ensuring stock management & ordering processes are followed.
• Training and development of the back of house team in conjunction with the GM.
• Ensuring menu item specifications are delivered consistantly and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have at least one years supervisory experience within a similar high volume, table service restaurant. The salary is up to €35k + benefits, depending on experience.
