Concession Manager - Waterford
Cpl Retail have partnered up with a well known fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Concession Manager to cover their brand new Concession in Waterford.
The Client:
In rapid succession, this exclusive brand is well established throughout Europe, and is currently increasing their number doors in Ireland. The company is constantly-growing with both secure national and international market positions.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will reflect this internationally-recognised brand and must develop from what was originally the secret preserve of fashion insiders.
As it is a new Concession, the Manager must also be active and enthusiastic in promoting brand awareness. Therefore, a high level of commercial awareness is of huge importance.
Responsibilities of the role:
A proven track record of managing staff
3 years management experience from a luxury / high-street background
Commercial acumen
Strong passion and understanding of the brand
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
Ability to motivate a sales team
The experience of working to KPI's and driving targets
NB: Applicants MUST have previous Management experience with a high street / luxury multiple retailer to be considered for this role.
