Job description:

SAP CRM Consultant (contract) 3-6 months

Due to the continued growth and expansion of the company's SAP CRM platform, we have a requirement for a SAP CRM Consultant to join our CRM team. This would be for a period of 3 -6 months, taking a key role in a number of challenging and exciting CRM projects. This contract position will be based in Kilkenny - but there may be requirements to work periodically in Dublin during the lifetime of the projects.

Key elements of this role include:

Work with end-users to define business requirements and converting requirements into functional specifications.

Assessing CRM functionality to determine appropriate application design.

Implementing the required functionality through appropriate configuration of the application.

Work with our programming team to design system customisations and enhancements' required as part of our CRM projects.

Documentation of all aspects of design and build in accordance with the required standards.

Requirements for this Role:

Experience of at least three full-cycle CRM implementation, as a Senior CRM Implementation consultant.

Strong CRM functional knowledge, and detailed knowledge of CRM configuration - preferably a SAP Certified consultant

Strong CRM Process Knowledge preferably in the Sales / Marketing and Mobile Sales areas, and good CRM functional knowledge generally.

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven ability to work to tight schedules.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
