Job description:
A Limerick multi national company requires a Program Manager. Duties: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, within given constraints of time, budget and quality. Develops and implements operational programmes in line with the EMEA Field Delivery organisation's strategic objectives. Ensures the scope, schedule, and costs are reasonable and achievable. Allocates work among project leads and team leads. Does periodic reviews to ensure each project or module is on track, and conducts post-project reviews. Interacts with business owners to ensure their needs are being met. Bring together different functional perspectives from within and outside the project teams. Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Manages project through implementation and ensures sustainability. Typically responsible for significant components of multiple projects or multiple small-mid sized projects. Requirements: You will have 2 years extensive performance management experience with Degree/Masters in a business or cognate discipline. Perfect knowledge of Field Services and Logistics. Advanced Ability to manage complex issues, prioritising and implementing appropriate solutions. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of overall business plans & objectives. Ability to subdivide strategic and business plans into goals and objectives. Salary: € 45-55K + Bonus, VHI & Pension.
