My client who is a major property developer is currently seeking an Office Manager for their enterprise in Dublin 4.The role will be best suited to an experienced senior office administrator who has thrived in people management roles in the past.The responsibilites will include:Managing a team of three on reception Training staff and to carry out job chats and appraisals To ensure the Front of House operates smoothly and that all client requests are handled in a friendly and efficient manner Operate and oversee a switchboard and telephone system Setting up phones for new clients, setting up passwords and call pick up groups Ordering of stationary, courriers and fedex and office supplies Overall office administration Maintaining and improving filing records and systems for reception Setting up and implementing reception proceduresIf you are interested in this excllent position managing a vibrant office, then apply immediately for consideration.
