• Client Overview: Successful IT company based in Sandyford are currently recruiting for a collections agent to reduce the company's debtors. This position offers invaluable exposure and career progression opportunities.

 

• Assisting with the overall credit control process
• Following up on over due accounts
• Allocation of credit receipts
• Resolving client queries
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is met.
• Raising and maintenance of Credit Notes
• Credit Control Ad-hoc duties as required
• High volume outbound and inbound call maintenance 

Skills/Experience

• Personal qualities will include a strong drive and energy and a commitment to quality. You will be able to demonstrate that you have a hunger and ambition to succeed, the flexibility to deal with growth and change
• Fluent English speaker
• Leaving Certificate
• The position requires knowledge of Excel & Word, strong communications and interpersonal skills
• The successful candidate should possess clear decision making and influencing skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Irish working Visa
