Job description:  At Richmond Recruitment our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:
-Team of 2 with responsibility for processing monthly payrolls currently for 300 people in five locations
throughout EMEA and APAC, growing to 600 people in ten locations in 2008.
-Provide management reporting of payroll related transactions, such as vacation, stock, headcount reports.
-Responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
-Responsible for clear and concise analytical review write-ups
-Maintain effective customer service to worldwide employees, departmental personnel and third-party accounting and payroll services



Qualifications:
-Three years of previous experience of payroll processing within a multinational, shared services setting an advantage
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships
-Must have excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook, with Oracle an advantage.
-Ability to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis, independently or
with minimal supervision.
-An understand of debits and credits an advantage.
