My client, GOA, France Telecom's Online Games department, is looking for French Customer Support Representatives to ensure Customer Support for its online games, mainly MMORPG games.
You will act as a liaison between customers and GOA to resolve all issues that customers may encounter “in game”.
You will also provide fast and accurate answers to queries.
You will be in contact with other departments such as QA, Localization and Community management.
Provide excellent customer service on customers' game accounts. Support will be made through e-mail, in game tools
You will insure that in game experience is satisfactory by monitoring the server's communities.
