The Client
My client is largest and most successful telecoms provider in the country at the moment. They have built a solid reputation and are now looking to expand their online offering.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent online skills. The overall remit for the role is the development of the online experience in order to reduce churn and ultimately drive sales online. The ideal person will have excellent analytical skills.
Skills and Experience
· Experiences in the design and development customer churn initiatives.
· A background in online sales is essential for this role.
· Experience in the development of an online loyalty programme would be a distinct advantage.
· Management of mass e-mail and SMS tools.
· Use analytical tools to report on all campaigns.
· A proven ability to translate business requirements to best in class online experience.
· The ideal person for this role will have at least 5 years experience in an online capacity.
