Our client a Global Healthcare company with offices in Dublin now have a vacancy for a HR Specialist. This is a fixed term contract for approximately 12 months. A fantastic opportunity providing a good mix of transactional HR support and implementation of strategic initiatives, while working closely with the UK/Ireland HR team.
Responsibilities:
Support the business across all HR disciplines including all aspects of talent management; employee engagement; employee relations and organisational change Have experience of change management (communicating; influencing and developing skills to meet future state requirements) Advise line managers at all levels on employee relations, employment law, absence, performance and people related issues Undertake transactional HR processes and produce HR related management information, analysing it and implementing actions as a result based on best practice Deploy knowledge and expertise in one HR area through a number of projects across relevant businesses in UK and Ireland.
The successful applicant will also provide expertise in one of the HR disciplines (e.g. Learning & Development or Diversity) and provide leadership of business enhancing projects in that area across relevant businesses in UK & Ireland.
Essential Skills & Experience: Third level degree in Human Resources Management, or a Business Studies degree having specialised in HRM. Minimum 2 years HR Generalist experience An ability to influence, build trust and credibility in a short space of time Excellent communication and networking skills An ability to balance day to day transactional work and project work and be results oriented A self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative Ability to analyse complex information, and make and implement suitable recommendations A demonstrated commitment to personal and organisational development
The successful candidate must have CIPD membership required High level of IT literacy Full valid driver’s licence
