Job description:  

Qualified Accountant

Our Client is offering a full and comprehensive range of financial services including accounting, audit, tax, company secretary and corporate finance. Located in Galway City Centre they are currently looking to recruit an experience Qualified Accountant coming from Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits in accordance with auditing principles for a broad range of clients
• Investigate all audit issues to arrive at a solution or proposal
• Ensure completion of assignments within appropriate budget and timeframe
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Carry out statutory audits in a timely, professional and efficient manner
• Supervision and training of junior staff combined with an ability to direct and review work of less experienced audit team members

Requirements:

• Newly qualified ACA (or equivalent) with 3 - 4 years experience in a professional services firm
• Solid audit experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• An innovative self directed individual with the ability to lead a team
• Provide work to the highest of standards
