My client is an Irish company and a leading distributor of Medical and Surgical Equipment both Disposable and Capital to HSE and Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes and various medical institutions across the island of Ireland. They have a strong existing national customer base and are now seeking to recruit a Medical Sales Representative to assist in growth. This is a North Leinster based role covering North Dublin, Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Cavan and Navan.
As a Medical Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling a very large and comprehensive product suite of capital equipment such as Hospital Furniture as well as disposable medical and surgical consumable products.
Your customers will be clinical, nursing and technical hospital staff and your role will involve liaising with these individuals to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products as well as resolving customer problems.
In addition you will be responsible for partaking in marketing campaigns, processing product queries as well as facilitating at medical conferences.
The successful candidate will have:
· 2- 3 years Medical Sales experience in the Medical Device Industry
· A proven track record selling a large product portfolio to the Hospital sector in Ireland
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Drive to succeed and positive attitude.
· Strong learning ability.
