Job description:

Main Purpose of Job

· Provide assistance in matters concerning the creation or transfer of product data to the MRP system.
· Ensure that data is at all times in accordance with company operations and procedures.
· Participate as a key team member with the product transfer team by preparing for introduction of new products in association with the Production, Quality and Supply Chain Department.
· Assist in developing and maintaining item master, BoM and manufacturing routers for various production applications.
· Liaise with engineering departments at customer to ensure proper ECR/CN procedure is in place.
· Responsible for maintaining accuracy of item masters, BoMs and process routing on the MRP system.
· Responsible for processing all changes in accordance with Quality system procedures in agreed time scale. ·Assist in setting up product standard time and ensuring product costing data base and Bills of material are
accurate.
· Assist in the proper implementation of the Company's ECR/CN process.
· All activities will take place in medical device regulated environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

· 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role.
· Willingness and availability to travel when required.
· Effective reporting skills.
· Previous working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is essential (JDE preferable)
