Job description: My client is a leading API manufacturer. They are currently seeking an Analytical Development Technologist to provide analytical support to the lab chemists for optimisation and changes of processes.

To be successful in this position you must have:
A BSc (minimum) in Science (Analytical Science or similar)
Strong knowledge of HPLC, UV, PDA, GC, TLCm Microscopy, IR, UV, Wet Chemistry -Titrimetry and or/Colorimetry
Strong problems solving skills and attention to detail is vital

The main duties involved in the role of Analtyical Development Technologist include:
Validate analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates and in-process testing
Participate in analytical technical transfer of analytical methods to Quality Control and Production
Provide analytical support for unplanned events
Carry out calibration and maintenance of equipment
