Job description: Account Manager
One of our clients is  recruiting an Account Manager based in Clonakilty, Cork.

Job Description:
Manage the commercial relationship with the client.
Be the point of contact for the client for changes to the existing relationship, fee negotiation and new opportunities.
Proactively communicate with the clients and act as an escalation point for clients issues and queries.
Ensure that all the clients concerns, requests and issues are being managed by the relevant functions.
Provide support and assistance to the operations team as required.
Manage the change controls process and ensure that all billable services are being billed for. 
Review, summarize and provide relevant commentary on review packs and attend client reviews.

Requirements:
Financial and/or other relevant degree
Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex changes.
Commercial experience of BPO services, with a proven track record. 
Must be a motivated individual, assertive, efficient and organized. 
Must have the ability to work with senior management .
Ability to coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve results.
Ability to manage conflict resolution. 
Accounting experience an advantage.
