 In Partnership with its clients Manpower is looking for a Property Manager. The role is based in Dublin.

PROPERTY MANAGER - DUBLIN OFFICE

  • An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager, with at least five year's relevant experience, to assist with the management of our commercial property portfolio throughout Ireland.

  • Based in our Dublin office the ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a goal and results orientation. They will have excellent relationship management skills and be able to display a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels.

  • Demonstrating a desire to seek new ways of doing things and present ideas to others in a way that produces understanding and impact is a required competency. An essential factor for success in this role is that the chosen candidate will be capable of maintaining focus on satisfying all customer needs and managing expectations.

Applications for this role must have:

  • A degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent and ideally will have completed the APC / RICS process.
  • A full valid drives license and use of their own car.
  • A fundamental understanding of landlord/tenant relationships and property law in this jurisdiction is essential.
  • Familiarity with computerised Property Management systems such as TRAMPS etc is desirable.
  • Our leading Property Management division offers a diverse range of professional management services for clients including provision of advice ranging from initial purchase and development to lease and company structures, estate management including financial accounting, day to day management and asset management.
  • Working in an organisation that holds ethical behaviour and professional conduct as sacrosanct, the challenge will be to operate as part of a fast paced team, be capable of performing at a high level whilst committing to an ethos of continuous personal and professional development
