Job description:  Our client a leader in entertainment retailing are looking for a deputy manager to lead and develop in their busy outlet. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a reputable company with huge promotional aspects.


Detailed Job Tasks:

Stock: Control of stock
Merchandising standards
Correct pricing of stock and checking same
Stockroom control


Sales:
Sales targets
Sales initiatives
Promote and maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Cash and Office control
Controlling use of company resources i.e. telephone, email, hangers and utilities


Staff Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
The Deputy Manager is jointly responsible for the recruitment and selection of full and part-time sales assistants.

Training and Development:
The Deputy Manager is responsible for assisting
with the training, development and appraisal of each staff member.

Administration:
The Deputy Manager must maintain the staff rota .  


Key Requirements:
Essential:
· A minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent
· Fluent in English
· 1-2 years experience in a management role
