Job description: Our client a leading ladieswear brand require a Manager for this busy department in a Dublin based fashion outlet.

Main responsibilities of the role:
Ensure merchandising is up to standard
To manage all products stocked within the shop
To ensure excellence in customer service at all times
To ensure staff are well trained and up to date with in coming products
Ensuring that store meets projected targets

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within retail management.

The ability to train, develop and motivate colleagues is also an important requirement for the job.

Commercially Aware and have a passion for fashion!

This role may suit an individual look to move into a senior management role from Assistant or Deputy Managers position.
